of career opportunities does Enosh offer me?

How can I qualify for
employment as a Registered Nurse in the United
States?
You must hold a current Nursing License in the
country where you have citizenship or reside, a
passport, a valid United States Nursing License,
a Green Card and a contract of employment with
the sponsoring U.S. healthcare provider. The entire
process, as well as obtaining a Green Card can
be quite complex. In addition, international nurses
should remember that excellent English speaking,
reading and writing skills are required. If you
have already begun the process, Enosh will assist
you with each step of the process that you have
left to complete.

 |
How do I obtain a valid
United States Nursing License?
Enosh will provide you with the appropriate
application and assist you in completing the application
for a United States Nursing license. Once your
application has been reviewed and your education
is deemed comparable to United States education
requirements for RN, you will then be required
to take, and pass the National Council License
Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
 |
 |
What is the NCLEX like
and how soon after I arrive in the US must I take
it?
The NCLEX-RN examination is a computerized test,
which takes approximately two to five hours and
consists of a range of questions from 75 to 265.
Enosh will only recruit and provide review materials
to qualified nurses, who are willing to set aside
time to study extensively prior to taking the test.
Additionally, you will be pre-tested prior to traveling
to the United States or its territories so that
we can adequately evaluate your knowledge and readiness
for the NCLEX.
 |
 |
Will I be assisted in
completing the immigrant visa forms and will I
be counseled for the immigrant visa interview?
Yes. Enosh's U.S. immigration attorneys who
have specific expertise regarding this process
will be assisting you to complete the immigrant
visa forms.
 |
 |
How long will the process
take in order to obtain the immigrant visa interview?
Approximately 1 year.
 |
 |
After the interview is
completed and the immigrant visa is granted when
can I officially immigrate to the U.S.?
Immediately.
 |
 |
Will my spouse and child(ren)
be able to immigrate with me at the same time?
Yes, your spouse and child(ren) under the age of
21 will be able to accompany you. They would also
need to complete immigration forms and be present
at the interview for the immigrant.

What is the Visa Screen
certificate?
Section 343 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and
Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 requires that
all foreign nurses coming to the United States
and pursuing immigrant visas (i.e. green cards)
must apply and qualify for a VisaScreen certificate
as part of the application process. It grants temporary
authorization to the International Commission on
Healthcare Professions (ICHP) to issue the VisaScreen
certificates. It requires that applicants from
countries other than Australia, Canada (except
Quebec), Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom,
fulfill an English language requirement. Specifically,
to fulfill this requirement, all foreign nurses
may take either the Test of English as a Foreign
Language (TOEFL), Test of Written English (TWE)
and Test of Spoken English (TSE), administered
by the Educational Testing Service (ETS); or the
Test of English for International Communication
(TOEIC), administered by the Chauncey Group, along
with the TSE and TWE, administerd by ETS; or the
International English Language Testing System (IELTS),
administered by Cambridge ESOL Examinations, the
British Council and IDP Education Australia.
